Profile
Rebecca specialises in general commercial, corporate and property law. She has a particular focus advising clients on a wide range of trust, succession and private wealth matters, including:
- Trust establishment and structuring
- Variation, resettlement and winding up advice
- Compliance with the Trusts Act 2019
- Relationship property and contracting out agreements.
Rebecca also acts on a wide range of commercial transactions including leases, residential, commercial and rural property acquisitions, advising on structuring and negotiating and preparing commercial agreements.
Rebecca has acted for various public and private sector clients in general commercial and corporate law matters including acquisitions and divestments, commercial leasing, property development, subdivision and finance.
Rebecca serves on her children's primary school board of trustees.
