    Supporting clients to successfully prepare for hearings and other engagements with Inquiries
    Working with clients to review, and respond to, reports produced by Inquiries, in order to ensure accuracy, and that the principles of natural justice are upheld
  • Advising on all aspects of Inquiries Act legislation.

Supporting the Ministry of Health's, and Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet's, response

to Phase two of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into COVID-19 Lessons Learned.

Supporting, over the course of nearly five years, the Ministry of Health's response

to the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care (including appearing for the Crown during the Royal Commission's hearing into the Lake Alice Child and Adolescent Unit).

Advising Whanganui District Health Board (now part of Health New Zealand)

in respect of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care.

Advising Central TAS (now part of Health New Zealand)

on its records obligations in respect of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care.
