Buddle Findlay is delighted to announce the appointment of new partner Kelly Paterson from 1 January 2018.
Kelly is a member of our Christchurch litigation and dispute resolution team, and specialises in insolvency and general commercial litigation.
Kelly first joined Buddle Findlay in 2001 as a summer clerk and returned in 2003 as a law clerk after completing her studies. She has remained a valued member of our team ever since and we are very pleased to now welcome her to the partnership. Kelly has experience across a wide range of commercial litigation areas including insolvency, property and construction law, contracts and commercial disputes, credit recovery and security enforcement, local authority advice and alternative dispute resolution.
Kelly’s appointment reflects Buddle Findlay’s commitment to its litigation and dispute resolution practice, which continues to grow.
