Our team acts for venture capital funds, 'startup' and growing businesses, multinational corporations, and private and public New Zealand companies. We advise clients on private and public funding, taking startup ventures through to trade sales or initial public offerings (including multi-jurisdictional offerings and listings on the NZX, the ASX and NASDAQ), management of interactions among investor groups and classes of investors, and exit strategies (including sale, merger and public offerings).
