Sherridan Cook, employment partner at Buddle Findlay, was interviewed at the WorkSafe New Zealand stakeholder event on Tuesday 20 May 2014.
WorkSafe New Zealand started operations on 16 December 2013 and as the new regulator, has brought with it an increased focus on health and safety, including on director and company officer liability. Sherridan comments on what business's want to see from WorkSafe New Zealand.
