Sherridan Cook, partner at Buddle Findlay, was interviewed by Kathryn Ryan on Monday 8 November 2016 on Radio Live's Nine To Noon programme. Sherridan speaks about a recent Court of Appeal ruling where two New Zealand-based pilots working for Cathay Pacific must abide by their Hong Kong contract and retire at age 55 and how overseas corporations could dodge New Zealand employment and human rights law. The Court overturned an earlier Employment Court ruling that the contract amounted to age discrimination.
