Emily specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial contracting.
Emily's experience includes advising international and national clients including Z Energy and Geneva Healthcare, and public sector clients including the University of Auckland, Eke Panuku Development Auckland and Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Emily worked at another major New Zealand law firm.
