Paula specialises in leasing, property development, and high-value portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Paula has a particular interest in construction and infrastructure projects and has advised on many of New Zealand’s iconic vertical build projects for a wide range of principals including large New Zealand and international corporates and iwi and major contractors. She is one of the few lawyers in town who can offer clients a 'one-stop shop' of integrated development expertise - from construction contracts, to development agreements and leases.
Paula is recognised as a leader in the emerging Build to Rent (BTR) and alternative housing markets in New Zealand and is often approached by media to provide insights and commentary on BTR.
