Scott specialises in property, local government law, and regulatory issues.  He acts for various territorial authorities, central government and private entities.

Scott acts on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, developments, subdivisions and leases.  He also has expertise in many regulatory matters such as reserves, roads, Building Act and public works issues.
