Nick specialises in corporate and commercial law with considerable experience across a broad range of mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers), corporate structuring and restructuring arrangements, capital markets and securities transactions, commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.
He has significant experience with cross-border transactions, having previously been involved in a number of large-scale international financings effected using a variety of corporate and financing structures.
Nick rejoined Buddle Findlay after spending several years working in international law firms in Tokyo and New York and the in-house legal team at one of New Zealand's largest banks.
