The shortlist for the 2016 New Zealand Law Awards has been announced and Buddle Findlay is delighted to be a finalist in eight of the categories:
- M&A Deal of the Year - GE Capital's sale of its consumer finance business
- Capital Markets Deal of the Year - Solid Energy voluntary administration
- Mid-Market Deal of the Year - Acquisition of Manuka Health by Pacific Equity Partners
- International Deal of the Year - GE Capital's sale of its consumer finance business
- Managing Partner of the Year (more than 100 Employees)
- Employer of Choice (more than 100 employees)
- Deal Team of the Year (more than 100 Employees)
- Large Law Firm of the Year.
Winners will be announced at the gala dinner awards ceremony which is being held at The Langham in Auckland on Thursday 17 November 2016.
