Holcim New Zealand has acquired the ready-mix concrete business and associated assets from Stevenson. In a complementary, contemporaneous transaction, Fulton Hogan has acquired aggregate quarry assets from Holcim.
The transaction strengthens Holcim's ready-mix concrete capabilities along a key growth corridor, reflecting its ongoing commitment to customer service, safety and sustainable construction solutions.
