Tony specialises in advising domestic and foreign clients on the New Zealand income tax and GST consequences of a broad range of transactions, including structured financings, mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment, and corporate restructurings.
Tony has significant experience in tax disputes and negotiations with the Commissioner, and regularly advises the New Zealand government.
He is well known as a public speaker and has presented on a number of tax issues for the New Zealand Law Society and New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
