Profile

Emma specialises in financial services regulation, with a particular focus on prudential regulation and payments regulation.  She has experience advising a broad range of financial institutions on compliance with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, payments regulation, prudential requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.

Emma has worked with a broad range of legal entities, including companies, trusts, building societies and credit unions advising on matters relating to capital raising, corporate governance, structuring and compliance.

Before returning to the law, Emma worked for a number of years in the social enterprise, impact investing and fintech sectors.
