Buddle Findlay is proud to have worked with the Department of Internal Affairs on its development agreement and lease-back agreement for the new National Archives building at Pipitea, Wellington. The project is described as "one of the most significant public buildings of our time" and the video in the below link showcases how the building's design incorporates a te ao Māori world view and recognises the historical significance of the site to Taranaki Whānui Te Āti Awa. Brannavan Gnanalingam, senior associate notes that "It was a privilege to work on such a significant and ground-breaking project, and we're thrilled to see construction start."
