Buddle Findlay is pleased to announce the appointment of new partner Terence Ng from 30 January 2018.
Terence joins the banking and financial services team and specialises in banking and finance, corporate and commercial, and property law. He advises on a broad range of international and domestic financing transactions, and represents corporates and banks. His particular experience lies in property finance, project finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, business banking and security enforcement. Terence’s clients are based both in New Zealand and offshore (such as China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore). He regularly advises offshore clients on the issues involved in investment structures, settling up businesses or acquiring assets in New Zealand.
