In recent years there have been a number of high profile ICT project failures and disputes and reports suggest that ICT projects continue to fail at high rates.

Unfortunately, the reasons for ICT project failures are varied and often quite complex so dealing with failures (particularly where the parties have a dispute about the causes) can be extremely difficult.
