16 August 2023 marked one year since the extension of the unfair contract terms regime in the Fair Trading Act 1986 to standard form business-to-business contracts, came into force.
In a recent webinar, Amy Ryburn (partner) and Anna Parker (special counsel) provided guidance for those grappling with questions like:
