Join us on Thursday 29 October for our Employment Leave Act Seminar, exploring the new Employment Leave Act 2026, which will replace the Holidays Act 2003.

We’ll discuss the key changes, what they mean for employers and employees, and how businesses can prepare ahead of implementation. Through real-life scenarios, we’ll explore how leave entitlements will change in practice.

The seminar will be led by Senior Associate Sianatu Lotoaso and Partners Sherridan Cook and Helen Pryde, alongside James Gallagher from Payroll Intelligence, who will share practical insights into the payroll implications of the changes.
