Buddle Findlay is pleased to have advised Whip Around on a majority investment by Accel-KKR, a tech-focused private equity firm. Whip Around, a longstanding client of Buddle Findlay, is a fleet maintenance and compliance software provider. The investment by Accel-KKR will give Whip Around the ability to expand its team, products and pursue strategic merger and acquisition opportunities.
The Buddle Findlay team was led by corporate partner Rupert Rouch, and supported by senior associates Emma Roper and Tom Montgomerie, along with solicitor Flo Pascual. The corporate team was supported by regulatory, tax and other specialists across the firm including Tony Wilkinson and Susie Kilty.
