Emma specialises in all aspects of corporate law, supporting clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investments, corporate structuring and ongoing corporate governance. Emma also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and joint venture agreements.
Emma advises New Zealand and international companies across a range of industries, as well as public sector clients.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Emma practised in the UK, with a particular focus on private equity and M&A transitions in the technology sector.
