Emma specialises in all aspects of corporate law, supporting clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investments, corporate structuring and ongoing corporate governance. Emma also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and joint venture agreements.
Emma acts for New Zealand and international clients, including private companies, listed entities, private equity funds and public sector clients. Emma has broad experience on corporate transactions across a range of sectors, including technology, primary industry and energy.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Emma practised corporate law in the UK, with a particular focus on private equity and M&A transactions.
