Buddle Findlay senior associate, Celeste Brown, has been included in the Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer’s Future Legal Leader list for 2026. The cohort of leaders have been praised for their attributes of adaptability and awareness. Australasian Lawyer and NZ Lawyer’s Future Legal Leaders 2026 were selected following an analysis of recommendations from managers and senior industry professionals.
Celeste is a member of the Christchurch corporate and commercial team. She specialises in corporate and commercial law and has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate structuring and commercial leasing.
Celeste advises on a range of transactional matters (including project finance and related security arrangements) and her clients include major banks, credit unions, finance companies, local authorities and private sector companies. She also has experience in preparing and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on statutory and regulatory compliance.
