Alex specialises in commercial law with a focus on technology, outsourcing, intellectual property and data and privacy. Her experience includes advising on complex technology procurement and outsourcing (including for large financial institutions, SOEs and government departments).
Alex also advises on the commercialisation of intellectual property in relation to the technology, financial, pharmaceutical, energy and manufacturing sectors. She has a particular interest in privacy and data protection and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe.
Alex also advises on commercial contracts, including terms of trade, licensing, procurement and distribution and supply arrangements. In addition, Alex also has experience advising on international corporate disposals and acquisitions, demergers and corporate reorganisations.
