Calina specialises in general commercial litigation, insolvency, contractual and leasing disputes, and also provides advice on defamation cases. Calina has a special interest in trust and estate litigation and has expertise in relationship property disputes involving high net worth individuals. Calina's aim is to deliver pragmatic and focused legal guidance to her clients. She has represented both private and commercial clients in court, assisting them to navigate through complex legal challenges.
Calina has recently been elected as a member of the New Zealand Law Society Auckland Branch Council and is involved in initiatives that promote collegiality, further legal education and representation of lawyers' interests.
