David specialises in financial services, corporate restructuring and insolvency law.
Most recently David has worked with banks and private credit providers on structured real estate financing.
David acts across the market on restructures, workouts and on formal insolvencies. He has been a regular presenter at conferences domestically and offshore and was instrumental in insolvency law reform in New Zealand. He is a contributing author to New Zealand's leading insolvency law reference text Heath and Whale on Insolvency.
