Profile

Hannah specialises in overseas investment, public law, and consumer law, and advises both private and public sector clients.

Hannah provides overseas investment advice and assists with all elements related to the consent process under the Overseas Investment Act, across a wide range of transaction types.

Her public law expertise includes advising public sector clients on all aspects of regulatory compliance and assisting with drafting of statutory schemes.

Hannah also has experience in providing consumer law advice for a number of private sector clients, including under the Fair Trading Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the Gambling Act.
