Laura specialises in civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Laura's litigation experience includes advising on complex civil and commercial disputes, insurance disputes, professional disciplinary proceedings and class action litigation. She also has experience in trust and estate disputes.
Laura has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal as sole and junior counsel. She has also acted in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including the Canterbury Earthquake Insurance Tribunal and the New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (formerly GCCRS), as well as mediations and arbitrations.
