Matthew specialises in insolvency and enforcement transactions. He also has experience in restructuring, refinancing and secured lending transactions (both syndicated and bilateral).
He advises receivers, administrators, liquidators and lenders on insolvency and security realisation transactions. He also advises domestic and international banks and corporate borrowers on bilateral and multi-lateral facilities (syndicated and club arrangements).
Prior to re-joining Buddle Findlay in 2010, Matthew spent four and a half years working in finance law at Lovells LLP (now Hogan Lovells International LLP) in London with a particular focus on secured trade and pre-export finance.
