Rowan specialises in a range of issues in civil and commercial litigation. She has expertise in contentious consumer credit issues and the Farm Debt Mediation Scheme, insolvency, and leasing and property development disputes. Rowan also has broad experience with contract and trust disputes and advises on local government issues, including development contributions.
In addition to appearing in the District and High Courts, Rowan has assisted with appeals conducted in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.
