Advising Permanent TSB plc

on its €7.6b acquisition of certain elements of the Ulster Bank Ireland DAC retail, SME and asset finance businesses from Ulster Bank in connection with NatWest Group Plc’s exit from the Irish market 

Advising Total Produce plc

in connection with the multi-billion euro financing arrangements (senior debt and notes) put in place to support its ultimate merger with Dole Food Company Inc. and the subsequent IPO of Dole plc on the NYSE to create the world’s largest fresh fruit and vegetable supply business

Advising Flutter Entertainment plc (formerly Paddy Power Betfair plc)

on its New York law and English law TLA and TLB financing arrangements

Advising Legal and General

in relation to a €54m senior secured financing being provided to the Clúid Housing Association to fund the purchase of approximately 200 social housing units
