Tasha provides clients with practical advice on all aspects of the employment relationship, from drafting and reviewing agreements and policies, to managing investigations, poor performance processes, medical incapacity issues, restructures and redundancies. She also assists with employment-related disputes, including the resolution of personal grievances, negotiated exits, enforcement of restraints of trade and compliance issues.
Tasha represents clients in mediations and before the Employment Relations Authority.
