Allegra Crawford rejoins Buddle Findlay in the commercial litigation team as a senior associate.
Allegra specialises in dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring. She advises clients on a range of matters including contractual and equitable claims, corporate governance and shareholder and partnership disputes, trust disputes, fraud and asset recovery, property disputes, and interim and pre-action relief. She also acts for clients in relation to debt enforcement, distressed refinancing, insolvency, and restructuring, including cross-border matters.
Allegra worked at Buddle Findlay between 2014 and 2018 before spending almost eight years at a leading offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands, in its dispute resolution and insolvency team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Victoria University of Wellington, and is admitted to practise in the Cayman Islands and New Zealand.
