Profile

Danielle specialises in banking and finance law and has a broad range of experience across domestic and international financing transactions.

Danielle acts for both lenders and borrowers and has represented a number of banks, corporates, financial institutions and private equity firms.  Danielle has particular expertise in leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, debt restructuring and real estate and development finance.

Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Danielle spent several years at a large law firm in London, as well as another major New Zealand law firm.
